IPL Photofacial
What is IPL?
Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy otherwise known as photofacial, is a noninvasive procedure that uses waves of pulsating light to remove unwanted skin cells and improve the color and texture of skin. It is a non-ablative treatment, which means that the skin is not broken so there is minimal down time or risk for infection. 3 to 5 treatments at 4-week intervals are typically recommended to achieve desired results.
