COVID-19 Precautions For Your Appointment

What Can You Expect From Us?

Cleaning

We will be doing extensive cleaning in between each client. Our client rooms and equipment will be disinfected between each client and areas of high traffic will be periodically disinfected throughout the day.

Social Distancing

Our waiting area has been rearranged to put extra distance between seats to maintain the current 6-foot social distancing guideline. The number of clients permitted in our waiting area is limited to 5 clients at a time.

Limiting Number of Appointments

We will temporarily be limiting the number of appointments to reduce the number of clients in the office at the same time. If you have an appointment scheduled in the next 30-60 days, it may have to be rescheduled to accommodate these changes. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience that this may create. We will make every attempt to accommodate everyone and reschedule visits for as soon as possible.

Screening Clients

We will screen all clients prior to their visit using a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and will be closely monitoring temperatures prior to admitting clients into the office. If you have an elevated temperature you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Screening Staff

Staff will also be monitored daily for symptoms of COVID19. Any staff member exhibiting symptoms or who has come in close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 will be quarantined according to the CDC guidelines.

What We Ask Of You

Wear A Mask

All clients will be required to bring a mask from home and wear it during the entire time in our office. Masks must cover both the nose and mouth. Our staff members will also be wearing masks. This is for your protection and the protection of others because approximately 25% of patients carrying COVID-19 will not have symptoms until several days after they have contracted the virus.

No Visitors

Visitors, including children, will not be permitted to accompany clients into the office for appointments. Exceptions may be made if the client is a minor.

If You Are Sick, Stay Home and Call Us to Reschedule Your Appointment

Clients experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, or gastrointestinal symptoms will not be permitted into the office. Please contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible if you develop any of these symptoms to get proper guidance regarding evaluation and treatment.
