Dr. Zimmerman graduated from medical school in 1993. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in 1996. He is an excellent diagnostician who has served the Kennett Square area for over 25 years. He has been consistently ranked as Top Doc in Main Line Today and Philadelphia Magazine.

Dr. Zimmerman prides himself for being thorough, compassionate, and taking a well-rounded approach to patient care. He has completed advanced training in Botox and filler injections. He is excited to partner with his wife, Michele, and bring his experience and knowledge of aesthetic medicine to Renew.

Michele Zimmerman graduated from West Chester University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse until 2008 when she received her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse practitioner from Wilmington University. She continued to work in acute care until 2013 when she began practicing outpatient Internal Medicine with her husband, Dr. Karl Zimmerman.

Michele founded Renew Laser and Aesthetic Medicine with her husband in 2018. She brings over 20 years of medical and nursing experience to Renew. She has completed advanced training and is certified in Botox, dermal filler, and PRP injections for skin rejuvenation and hair loss. She is excited to bring her knowledge and experience together with an expert staff to provide safe and effective skin rejuvenation services to our clients.

Jill is an experienced Nurse Injector with extensive training in dermal filler and Botox injections. She graduated from Neumann University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. She began her career in aesthetics in 2019 and fell in love with it!

As a Register Nurse and Mom of four, Jill understands that a busy life can sometimes leave us feeling run down and tired. She believes in restoring the natural beauty of her clients by helping them to look refreshed and feel confident in their own bodies. Making her clients feel safe and giving them realistic expectations is her top priority.

Jenny graduated in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. While working in sales, marketing, and public relations for the DuPont Corporation, she began her part-time fitness career, leading group fitness classes. Eventually, she left the corporate world to follow her passion for fitness and wellness, which began her career in facility and program management with the YMCA of Delaware. Over the past 30 years, Jenny has expanded her fitness expertise by becoming a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, a trainer for the American Red Cross, plus, she owns her own organic spray tanning business.

Jenny joined the Renew team in 2018. She has completed extensive training and received certifications in laser and radiofrequency technology, HydraFacial, and multiple medical grade skincare lines. Laura brings over 12 years of experience in the Medical Skincare Industry to Renew. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Fitness. She later earned her Certification in Comprehensive Medical Aesthetics from Dawn Career Institute, her Laser Certification from NoVa Laser and Aesthetics as well multiple Certifications in Medical Grade Skin Care Lines.

She has vast knowledge and experience in performing a variety of anti-aging and skin rejuvenation services. She has both passion and enthusiasm for helping people to achieve healthy skin and strives to make her clients look and feel their best. She takes time to listen to her clients concerns and prides herself in her ability to develop a personalized comprehensive medical skin care program for each of them. Aylin graduated in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree with a Double Major in Advanced Communication Technology, Internet, and Networking Design, and Interactive Multimedia Design from Wilmington University. She began her career as a web designer and worked successfully in the field for seven years.

Aylin developed an interest in skincare after battling adult acne. She was amazed at how well chemical peels and a good skincare routine helped her skin. It sparked her passion for esthetics and led her to pursue a career in the industry. She attended Dawn Career Institute and received her Medical Esthetician License in 2014. She decided to further her education and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2015.

Aylin knows the value of educating her clients on the importance of a good skin care regimen and enjoys the gratification of bringing healthy skin to people of all ages. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of skin health but has a special interest in treating clients struggling with acne and acne scars. She takes great pride in her work and finds joy in witnessing her clients as they experience amazing results. Elizabeth is a licensed medical esthetician with over 6 years of experience in the medical skincare industry. She has completed extensive training and certifications in fractional and CO2 laser skin resurfacing, IPL, radio frequency, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and more.

Originally from Prospect Park PA, Elizabeth graduated from Widener University in 1985 with a degree in Travel and Tourism and later attended Venus Beauty Academy, where she graduated in 2017 with her esthetician’s license.

Elizabeth specializes in providing personalized expert esthetic care to all genders and backgrounds. She believes that beautiful skin comes from a partnership between the client and their esthetician and loves helping clients become more comfortable and confident in their own skin.
